Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Put all the components inside a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, turn off the stove and leave to reach room temperature completely. Decant into a sterilised bottle, seal and store chilled, it can be stored for up to a month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Pour all the liquids in a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then strain best through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into your stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute to chill. Filter to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with some cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
